If your blog is hosted on any of the free blogging platforms available, check if your the website allows you to put ad codes on your blog. Blogger.com is integrated with Google so you can easily put Google ads on your blog by simply signing up for an Adsense account. Wordpress.com won't allow you to use ad codes on your website but they have what they call an Ad Control feature that will allow you to use Adsense on your blog if your traffic is at least 25,000 per month.
Pay-Per-Click Ads (PPC)
You generate income through PPC ads. You get a point for every click a visitor makes on any of the ads posted on your blog. More points mean more money.
